Bee part of our Parade!
Parade start location: West Seattle Elementary 6760 34th Ave SW Seattle, WA 98126
Parade start time: 11:30 am
Set up begins at 10:30 am
We recommend to arrive early for face painting and the opportunity to make a craft flower to carry in the parade! Dress up as bees or butterflies and decorate your wagon! The Sound Wave Marching Band is leading us the way to the new Bee Garden bringing the beehives to their new home. We are inviting all local schools, groups, families and Bee friends to participate in our parade.

The High Point Neighborhood Association is hosting a celebratory picnic and parade in honor of the opening of the West Seattle Bee and Pollination Garden. We are closing a portion of 31st Ave SW for the event - primarily for vendors, food merchant and educational programs. Our mission includes nature, arts, education and promoting health for our youth.
The picnic! Holy smokes some amazing people will come! From kite makers, face painting, viewing of the new garden to bee art, to seeds from Vincent van Gogh's grave...it will be there. The Tallboys will be serenading the festivities, and you can sample food from awesome vendors.
We hope to see you there! Everyone is welcome!
